Tolkien envisioned all of humankind as a giant choir that only reaches sonic perfection when every voice can be heard. StoryQ captures the “collective voice” through a series of guided interviews on film, allowing each member’s voice to be heard.

The resulting film identifies the “Family Voice” – a shared purpose that drives generational legacy.

Creating ‘good stewards’ of wealth – the industry’s mantra for passing the baton to the next generation – is generally focused on establishing a family mission, its vision and values, peppered with financial literacy, philanthropic giving exercises and an intro to ‘human side’ issues.

How does it work?

THE INTERVIEW Upon sign up, we’ll gather a bit of info to help prepare a custom interview that’s just right for you. Scheduled interviews are 90-120 minutes and led by a StoryQ Method-trained Personal Story Mentor

THE EDITING Upon interview completion, your personal story mentor (and new friend) will work closely with a dedicated professional editor, incorporating curated music and supplied photos into the edit.

THE MINI-DOC Upon editing completion, your 15-20 minute personal documentary is delivered to you via video download. Keep it private or share with your people- your story is yours to do with what you like.

FILMS

We’ll create individual films for each participant as well as a collective “Family Voice” film (optional). Upon completion, they will be delivered to you via video download. Keep it private or share with your people- your story is yours to do with as you like.
